October 62020 Cleveland Dog Calendar Release Party

You’ve waited all year for this October… Not for halloween but for the 2020 Cleveland dog calendar! Come join Stay. Dog Daycare and Boarding for a party celebrating the release. It features 98 good bois and girls from CLE and proceeds help support local animal shelters. Get the cutest calendar and support a noble cause!

October 7 – Therapy Dogs

Cuyahoga Community College Metropolitan Camnpus >2900 Community College Ave @11am

There is literally no better reason to go out than to play with dogs! Come on over to Cuyahoga Community College to meet, play, and encourage the friendliest therapy dogs! Release stress, chill out, and meet new furry friends. These pups are specially trained and SO good at their jobs. Life gets stressful, let them do their job.

October 12-13 – CFA International Cat Show

Do you fancy cats? Do you like pretty kitties? Of course you do! It’s a weekend all about cat lovers coming at you on the 12th. The CFA International Cat Show is the largest cat show in North America and it’s coming to Cleveland. Come meet up with other cat fanciers from all over the country and enjoy a day full of fur, fluff, and fun! You’re not gonna want to miss it, it’d be… catastrophic…

October 12 – Pet CPR+ Certification Class

K9 Cleveland >2510 Elm St Dr @1pm

We’ll let you play hooky on the first day of the CFA Cat Show to go to the CPR+ Certification Class at K9 Cleveland. Learn the emergency situation procedures and techniques to safely and correctly save your pup from a wide variety of problematic situations. This is a great class anyone who owns a dog should attend. Knowing what to do in an emergency situation can be the difference. Knowledge is your best preparation.

October 19Spooky Pooch Parade

Kauffman Park >15450 Detroit Ave, Lakewood @12:30pm

It’s not an October event list without SOMETHING spooky! It’s Lakewood’s 12 annual Spooky Pooch Parade! This one’s for the dogs… but you’re welcome to come as well. This free festival and parade is a tradition at this point! If you want to walk the parade dressed up with your pup you can register for $10! Rain or Shine come join in this super fun one of a kind event! It’s so good it’s scary!

October 22Yappy Hour

Tremont Taphouse >2572 Scranton Rd @6pm

You already know what’s going down at the Tremont Taphouse! It’s the next Yappy Hour! Bring your pup for free! City Dogs will be on hand handling great merch for you and Fido and when ordering your drinks be sure to grab a cold one from Butcher and the Brewer OR Lagunitas Brewing Co because $1 from their select beers will go to City Dogs! If no one’s ever told you you’re doing a good thing by shotgunning a beer… well I’ll be the first!
